In 2000, Jørgen Blitzner and I continued to work with rhizome. This was its final year, and due to a decrease in funding, we wanted to intensify its potential to the fullest. This year, rhizome developed into a kind of dialectic synthesis where it became a combination of site specific art cognated to a symposium and happening at Bergen Contemporary Art Center. We also collaborated with two film-directors named apecosmonautene who exhibited at Hordaland Art Center.

The topics for the site specific project was questions about home and the nomadic where Arne Rygg exhibited eleven tents alongside a busy road while the artist Eric Joung exhibited his project HUS or house, a small impenetrable, metallic, Magritte-blue/heaven house at Mount Fløyen.
